Special arrangements with regard to the assembly times must be arranged with the organisers. We must stress that we have to charge you EURO 364.- (excl. 20% VAT) per each additional set-up day, per hall. The invoice will be issued via System Standbau GmbH.
Stand assembly must be initiated at the latest by: Thursday, 25 January 2010 at 12 o'clock (noon)
Should occupation of the rented stand area not be taken up by this time, and no communication to the contrary be received, the organiser reserves the right, without further notification, to otherwise dispose the site, in which case the whole rent for the stand will be charged in the invoice.
All works on the stand must be completed by 6 pm of the last set-up day at the latest. Should this time be exceeded, the organiser has the right to make a charge for the extra costs involved.

Should this times be exceeded, the organiser has the right to clear the stand site and store any items at the cost and risk of the exhibitor. After dismantling, the stand site must be left in its original state; any damage that has occured through improper use obliges the exhibitor to compensate the organisers for the said damage.With respect to the trade fair activities and the other exhibitors as well as on behalf of the visitors an early dismantling is excluded.
With respect to the trade fair activities and the other exhibitors as well as on behalf of the visitors an early dismantling (before the official end of the fair) is forbidden. During the opening times, competent staff has to be present and the stand has to be equipped appropriately.
